As our products are handmade and many are made to order, please allow 3–7 working days for standard items and 15–30 working days for custom/preservation pieces to be processed before dispatch. Bulk and commission orders may require additional time, which will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
Shipping Timelines
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 working days within India, depending on your location and the courier partner.
Shipping Charges
Free shipping on orders above ₹1999. Within Tamil Nadu, shipping is ₹90. For Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, and other states, shipping is ₹150.

Delays
While we do our best to meet estimated timelines, handmade production and courier delays (weather, regional disruptions, festive season volume) may occasionally affect delivery dates. We'll keep you informed if this happens.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/video so we can assist you promptly.
